Clean public spaces and friendly, helpful staff.

The check-in process was frustrating. The receptionist had a dismissive attitude, leading to a long wait while sorting out room keys. The lack of basic toiletries, like hand soap, in the bathroom.

Location so close to Close to stores, and a mall. A wide array of food options at walking distance from the venue. The large and spotless room & amazing bathroom. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The staff is always really helpful and the rooms are spotless and beautifully maintained. Comfortable location near a shopping center.

A simple breakdown of my visit

This hotel was fantastic for our family getaway! The room was spacious and very quiet, contributing to our restful nights. We appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast had a nice variety, and parking was plentiful. All in all, a solid choice for a peaceful stay!

Location near shopping is a big plus. Breakfast had gluten-friendly options. My first room had a very uncomfortable mattress, but they moved me to a better one. Decent stay.

Great food selection that's absolutely top-notch! the location is perfect, right by a mall, which is so convenient. the pool is clean, and you can park right here. the staff is super helpful and friendly, making your stay even better! 🌟

Convenient and great location right next to the mall, making it easy to shop and dine without going far 🛍️. Also not too distant from the desert on the edge of town, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant. It was nice to be so close to the Imperial Valley Mall without being too far away. the staff that worked here were really friendly and welcoming 😊.
